HOW TO CRAFT

wasted about 3k gold trying to craft 4 gold lines, but nothing comes out. looked in the forum to see how its done and its way too damn confusing to understand. just to even craft 3 gold lines would be nice. people say ohhhh its easy. how in the hell do you craft stuff. dumb it down, show me the combination in english pls. because this is retarted

 

So far I spent something like 10K (maybe more) gold ... and I am just about to start leg to leg crafting (item with 4 golden lines).
If you are not familiar with the crafting process you should practice with cheap items ... like greens.
Transfer 1 gold line form 4 green items into one blue item.
You need to make 2 blue items with one gold line (each) in order to start crafting one extraordinary item.
By the time you make that extraordinary item with 2 golden lines ... you would probably get familiar with the process and the steps.
If not ... don't continue ... crafting is probably not for you. You would only spend your resources in vain.

 

Craft one green item with a gold line that you like in slot one, to pass it to the next blue item. If the blue item doesn't have the gold line you want, reject it.

Be sure to only craft items of the same level and type (four green boots, four green rings, etc.)

 

ok ok i got you guys its the first 2 items with gold lines on the crafting table the last 2 are junk?

 

Right... except for green to blue. Since only one stat can transfer then the last three slots are junk.

Also if you can find 'em try to use junk with as many slots as possible. That way if your craft succeeds then you have more slots to work with on the next step.

One more thing about slots is they round up. Example: if you have 10 slots total in all the items then 10/4=2.5 so the resulting item will have 3 slots. You can see this easy enough in the preview before you craft.

And even consider spending a bit of Andermant to open up slots ... the first extra slot you add to a green item costs only 20 Andermant (the second slot you add is a bit more expensive at 50 Andermant) ... so, if you have a green item with a gold line but only 2 slots, go to the jeweler in town, have him/her open slot #3 for just 20 Andermant, assuming that extra slot will be necessary to get the total # of slots in your 4 components to be crafted together up to the desired average slot count when rounded up as mentioned by Mikey above.
